This restaurant housed in the Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa was opened in 2006 and is Flay's first steakhouse. I was there July 21, 2016 for my birthday, i am very picky about food in general, I must say I had the best steak ever!! I had the filet mignon, and my fiance has ribeye, he also said it was the best!
Fantastic. Best meal ever. From the baked clams to the wine to the bone in rib eye.
Bobby flat is hands down my favorite chef so naturally I was extremely excited to eat at his restaurant while visiting Atlantic city..sadly it was nothing but disappointment.. Service was horrible the hostess was so preoccupied with her cell phone that she seated walk ins before my girlfriend and myself when I had reservations secured with a credit card,the atmosphere was closer to fast food than fine dining,our entrees took over an hour,we didn't get our drinks until we were done our appetizers and when my entrée did arrive... read more

I have never been to the Borgata or NYC Restaurants. I am 70 and it is hard to make the trip. I do find his personality terrific and coming from Brooklyn, NY and now live in Staten Island I can appreciate our accents. Wishing you all the success in the world and congrats on your horse winning the Belmont. I will be 71 August 5 and if I can get to one or the other, I would definitely cross it off my bucket list.
Everything was wonderful. From the steak to the veggies and the drink I wasn't allowed to have, I did! lol
I have to say that I was disappointed with my experience this past Friday at Bobby Flay Steak in Atlantic City , since I was really looking forward to my first visit there. We were a party of ten, I will say our appitizers were delicious and a couple entrees were good. I love Bobby Flays! This is our go to place for special occasions. Have always had great service and hot food - till last nite! Went last night at 7:00pm. Waited for everything! When we sat down we ordered a bottle of wine and raw oysters for an appetizer. Took 25 minutes to get appetizers. Probably waited about an hour for our steaks. I ordered a ribeye medium and came out rare and cold. The bernaise I ordered was cold. The clams on the halibut were cold. I ordered a $40 lobster tail on the side.
