This restaurant housed in the Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa was opened in 2006 and is Flay's first steakhouse. The menu offers Filet Mignon Louisiana, Porterhouse Lamb Chops, and a variety of spice-rubbed steaks. Save room for the Coconut Creme Brulee!

Disappointed all the way. Wilted salad. Dry tasteless clams Barcelona (casino). Sub par steak. :-/
Food was exc. service was exc. our resv was honored to the min even though it was jammed. Only thing i didnt like was acostics. Was very noisy.

I'm a huge fan of Bobby Flay's restaurants. I've been to Mesa Grill (loved it) and also his place in Vegas (loved it). This one in Atlantic City was definitely a disappointment. My steak was dried and not juicy at all. I asked for medium and the pink inside was inconsistent throughout the steak (some parts were over done). The desserts were nothing to boast about. My husband's streak only had salt as a flavor. I thought they used a rub? For what we pay, I wouldn't recommend this particular restaurant.
Well my experience here was terrible. I'm a bit of a foodie. Our reservation was for 930. We got say about 15 minutes later and the waiter barely came by to say hello. After ordering we sat and watched a fight break out, and an hour and half went by until our food came, I ordered a medium rare prime rib. It was damn near burnt to a crisp, I asked for a Coke which took roughly another 20 minutes to get. The steak was doused in salt and was equivalent to a chain steakhouse steak. I'm on a quest to try all of Bobby Flays restaurants. He is my favorite chef. I've been to the Burger palace and Bar Americain in Mohegan sun so now it was time to try his steak house in the Borgata In AC. I had an excellent experience here the food was great especially the *Lobster crab cake and my Filet was delicious. Didn't expect anything less than great. This steak restaurant is definitely a must try, if you love steak. I must say the steak we had here, is in the top 2 steaks we ever had. One of the other 2 was in Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill in Las Vegas. We shared a Baby Spinach & Bacon Salad for an appetizer. For the main course, we shared Spicy Southwest Ribeye and Creamed Corn. This was plenty of food for 2 people. We were stuffed. No need to get 2 separate steaks since most people cannot eat a real large steak on their own.
