This restaurant housed in the Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa was opened in 2006 and is Flay's first steakhouse. The menu offers Filet Mignon Louisiana, Porterhouse Lamb Chops, and a variety of spice-rubbed steaks. Save room for the Coconut Creme Brulee!

Wonderful anniversary dinner with the Mrs, great decor
Great food but overpriced, if I weren't using comp dollars I doubt I would go back.
Steaks were awesome! Salads and desserts, on point. Sides had too much garlic.
I would not go there again. I like my steak medium well not black and burned.
Got the Surf and Turf. Lobster and Colby Steak. The steak was great, the lobster so stuff the steak knife could not cut it. I had to send the lobster back, big mistake........40 minutes later it came back out and still just as tough. Could not eat it. No apology from the waiter. Send email to Bobby Flay's office when we got home and got a generic email back saying most people have good experiences there. AGain, no apology, no refund, no free meal for next visit. Will never visit again.
I love the food BUT a 7:00 reservation should not result in a 7:46 seating.
Knew it was going to be pricey going in...but my husband pampered me for my birthday. The waiter was fantastic...not inattentive and not overly in your face annoying, and he had a great sense of humor. The food was out of this world delicious and I savored every bite even though I had to take most of it home. From the Crispy Onion and bleu cheese appetizer, the perfectly cooked filet mignon, right down to the Baked Alaska brought to us with a birthday candle....absolute perfection. I personally am not sure that the 3750 review I read was true. I will say our waiter was nothing but helpful our dinner was excellent. If that happened it makes no sense to me. People post things for the wrong reasons. If you are in AC go to Bobby Flays you won't regret it.
Steak was excellent ! Have to make this a ritual!!!
