This restaurant housed in the Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa was opened in 2006 and is Flay's first steakhouse. The menu offers Filet Mignon Louisiana, Porterhouse Lamb Chops, and a variety of spice-rubbed steaks. Save room for the Coconut Creme Brulee!

We always sit at the bar and order. The lobster avacado salad is out of this world. The bartenders are the best in Atlantic City. Great atmosphere!
Great food and good service. I am in Atlantic City once a year for a conference and it's just not complete without a southwest ribeye at Bobby Flays. I was a little disappointed this year that they are no longer serving the seafood tower appetizer.
BEST MEAL EVER!!! PRIME RIB WAS PREPARED PERFECTLY....POTATOES WERE ONE OF THE TASTIEST I EVER HAD! I WOULD GO EVERY NIGHT IF I COULD.
I'm a fan of Bobby Flay & really wanted to like our dinner. So disappointed that we didn't. Steaks were nothing to warrant the extravagant prices & the potatoes, which were ala carte, were dripping with truffle oil. Inedible & the overpowering scent of the oil was not pleasant. The asparagus, again ala carte, was excellent. I will say the appetizers were beyond our expectations. Should have stopped with them.
Food is excellent ... wish tables were a little further apart.. not much privacy
