This restaurant housed in the Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa was opened in 2006 and is Flay's first steakhouse. The menu offers Filet Mignon Louisiana, Porterhouse Lamb Chops, and a variety of spice-rubbed steaks. Save room for the Coconut Creme Brulee!

Truthfully I say the place was overrated for the price your paying. Hanger steak was ok I have had better. Too much truffle oil on the potatoes.
Food and Service Excellent! Best Louisiana Filet Mignon Ever!
Awesome steaks although this visit my steak was a little heavy on the rub and salty. Cooked to perfection, however. Disappointed that they took the sweet potato casserole off the menu. It was my favorite menu item. Most of the side dishes are starchy and/or unhealthy (with the exception of asparagus). Be prepared to spend some money, as everything is a la carte. Average check for 2 people $200 (if you don't drink or only drink one cocktail each). Service is always excellent.

It is outstanding we always came to eat here is 4 hours but my husband and I love it
When my girlfriend went there on New Year's Day the food was excellent by far the best steak I've ever had best service I've ever had food was great went there on January 17 the second time I've been there I was not as impressed the waitress was not as tentative as she she should have been I think it was lack of service that time this time I had ordered Lobster in the lobster what I paid for it was not as tender as it should be it was pretty good steak was okay I had ordered a different state out of order bone in ribeye ther... read more
Food was amazing, we had the lobster, filet and NY strip all were very good!
Top notch. Steak is always perfectly cooked and atmosphere is great. I look forward to dinner here every time we come to the Borgota.
Eric Ramsys restaurant was much better!! Not very satisfied with some of the food. Especially the appetizers..
