This restaurant housed in the Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa was opened in 2006 and is Flay's first steakhouse. The menu offers Filet Mignon Louisiana, Porterhouse Lamb Chops, and a variety of spice-rubbed steaks. Save room for the Coconut Creme Brulee!

Bobby Flay in Atlantic City is one not to miss. The best at the Borgata. The food is delicious( my favorite the veal chop with peppers in a balsamic vinegar sauce .I get it with side of their tasty risotto), the service is impeccable , and the manager is charming. A must to go. My husband and I are regulars. At least twice a month.
Good service, good selection of wine and cocktails Steak a little heavy on the rub but cooked well A little pricey but you're in AC and its to be expected but I think they would benefit from including a side instead of everything being a la carte
Best lamb I've ever had in my life. It's an expensive restaurant, but it's worth every penny. Excellent staff and a great selection of entrees and sides.
Went as a group of 8 people to celebrate a birthday. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating as we wanted to catch a comedy show at 9 with a 7:30 reservation. I ordered the grilled tuna steak which was great, except slightly over cooked. I asked for it rare and it wasn't quite rare to the edge. Hands down! The BEST restaurant I have ever eaten at. Service was phenomenal and the food was beyond my greatest beliefs! My steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned so well. I was happy to have chosen this place for my boyfriends 40th Birthday! We will definitely be returning.
