This restaurant housed in the Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa was opened in 2006 and is Flay's first steakhouse. The menu offers Filet Mignon Louisiana, Porterhouse Lamb Chops, and a variety of spice-rubbed steaks. Save room for the Coconut Creme Brulee!

Great food, great service and terrific management!
Rude hostess, Very Loud atmosphere, average salad, below average pour for a fine dining steakhouse, long wait for entree' ( 50 minutes ) and ... steaks fatty and not cooked as requested. We left without eating because of how long we had already waited, and because it was so loud in there we couldn't take the noise any longer. Should have gone to the Palm.
Very rich, flavorful and tender steak. Service staff was awesome.
The food and wine selection were great and the Service was even better. My filet mignon and crayfish were delicious, as was my husbands ribeye. Overall a wonderful experience.

One of the best bone in rib steaks ever! Staff was attentive. Definitely recommend.
