About this business

Patrons, after walking through the red leather entryway, will be impressed by the wood-paneled ceiling, large wine displays, and lobster tanks designed by David Rockwell. This restaurant housed in the Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa was opened in 2006 and is Flay's first steakhouse. The menu offers Filet Mignon Louisiana, Porterhouse Lamb Chops, and a variety of spice-rubbed steaks. Save room for the Coconut Creme Brulee!

First time for my husband and I - food was over the top and I was pleased with the the portion sizes. We actually had leftovers. King crab legs were awesome. Big shout out to our waiter "Nelson" very accommodating!

Tuna Tar Tar was amazing...one of the best things I have ever eaten. Steaks were cut and cooked to perfection. Mushrooms and onions were a treat. And, the real anchovies on the Caesar salad were awesome. But, there was not enough kale on the kale Caesar salad.

The food was very good but very expensive. But I guess you are paying for the name. Clam chowder $16?? Not a steak under $50. So while I enjoyed the truffle mushroom mashed potatoes and the amazing cream corn at $12 a piece, and the steak for $50 I think it was a little pricey for me. Sorry Bobby Flay

A premium price with below average service. 4 steaks ruined last night all brought to the table extremely overcooked. Service was apathetic at best. Seriously, even Texas Roadhouse can cook a steak Medium, not the staff at Bobby Flay's. Manager apologized after bill was paid and we were on our way out. Dog is enjoying $100 in burnt steaks this morning. If you're at the Borgata go to Old Homestead instead of taking a chance at Bobby Flay's
