This restaurant housed in the Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa was opened in 2006 and is Flay's first steakhouse. The menu offers Filet Mignon Louisiana, Porterhouse Lamb Chops, and a variety of spice-rubbed steaks. Save room for the Coconut Creme Brulee!

Amazing food and drinks!!! Great place to unwind after a long day. Beautiful atmosphere.

My wife and I ate there Friday night. I had the oyster and lobster shooters. They were delicious. The steak and veal chop were delicious also. I would definitely go back there.
My husband and I ate there Tuesday night ,the place is attractive. We had a late lunch so we didn’t order any appetizers, you could tell by her attitude that the server was extremely disappointed . When they brought our Rolls they were warm, as they cooled you could tell they were stale. There’s so called butter was a blend. Awesome ribeye steak! Had it done medium - just the way I wanted it. The mushroom mash potatoes were so good with it! Gave generous portions that we did not even finish it!
Truest Bobby it was an amazing experience and I’m so glad we choose your restaurant to goto. Being a huge mushroom fan and hunter I had to try the shroom potatoes and they were ShroomAzing
The appetizers were great. However we were given appearance waiters could care less about service. Steaks were cooked incorrectly. I ordered medium rare. It was close to well done. When I finally flagged down the waiter he acknowledged, apologized, and was going to bring over the manager. Next time I saw him he was bringing dessert menus. Been to many Flay restaurants and this was the worst. Definitely not up to standards. Will go to Old Homestead next time instead.
My daughter and I went before we saw Theresa Caputo at the Borgata, I wanted to surprise her because we love Bobby Flay. The food was overpriced, which I expected but wasn’t worth the amount that I spent ($207 with tip). My daughter ordered a filet which she said was good and I got grilled chicken which I didn’t know was on a bone and wasn’t only breast meat or I wouldn’t have ordered it.
