This restaurant housed in the Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa was opened in 2006 and is Flay's first steakhouse. The menu offers Filet Mignon Louisiana, Porterhouse Lamb Chops, and a variety of spice-rubbed steaks. Save room for the Coconut Creme Brulee!

For the price the quality just wasnt there.had the ribeye and even though the rub was great my steak was way way over chared to the point of being totally black. Which in turn made it tough and dry. The smashed potatoes were great but who wants to pay 75 dollars for potatoes lol
Awesome!!! I have been there with my family and was overwhelmed! Everything was absolutely fantastic! I love their King Crabs and adore their Steaks!! But the whole variety of great food and drinks in this comfortable ambient is it worth to come back as often as I can. And any bite is it's price worth! You are doing a good job!!!
We had 3 Appi Baked clams,Fried Calamari,n Crab cakes Sheree had Lobster tails over cooked, My Shrimp Scampi was perfect, Her Husband had Ribeye Steak he's like it. N Luis had Grilled Halibut it was very good !! Services very good I loved the Place

Maybe not as good as your favorite steakhouse, but if you are staying at the borgata, it is acceptable.
Delicious spice rubbed steaks. Cooked to perfection. Highly recommend it!
Food was fabulous, service was awesome. Our server Frank took the time to talk, recommend golf courses and got us a prime reservation for the following night
