This restaurant housed in the Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa was opened in 2006 and is Flay's first steakhouse. Superb from beginning to end!
The noise level is very high, which is a negative to me. However, the food quality is off the charts. I’m at a loss for an adjective that would properly describe just how good the food tastes

Incredible service. Food was delicious. Get the Baked Alaska for dessert!!
Food is 5 star. GF gets perfect filet w/ lobster. I usually get the Philly style strip steak with onions and sauce. Tuna tar tar app is amazing.

We celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary. Food was amazing, service was top notch!! Could not have been happier! Aside from the loud mouth drunk at the table next to us, it was a perfect evening!!
