I was there yesterday, I was on my way home to MN when my wipers stopped working. I called the service department, they said they would do their best to get me fixed up and back on the road. Even though they didn't have the part to fix my issue, they got my wipers working enough to get me back on the road! Thank you!

I will not buy another vehicle from Bob Moore. Like most dealerships they seem to care about nothing but the sale and not customer service. I bought a suburban and within one week the battery, alternator, and transmission all needed to be replaced. Called to see what could be done and they just told me to call the warranty they sold me. What a scam the MAP warranty is. I can think Bob Moore for teaching me not to trust anyone in a dealership at all.
