I have brought my 2014 Dodge Ram in several times for a tire problem. They can't find a problem. Took the truck to Hibdon's and was told that all 4 tires hopped when trying to balance them. Hibdon's said the tires need to be replaced. Sitting here now waiting to see what Bob Moore is going to do to fix the problem.
Low ballers and a waste of time.. Never had a crappy experience anywhere else.. Guess it is a great thing I didn't get a car here by looking at reviews there have been issues with people's cars that they have purchased from this place. Lesson learned...
They contacted me about buying my car I sold my car to them the manager Travis said he would have my equity check in 10 days. I sold them the truck on the 11th it is now the 29th and they still don't have a check. Meanwhile I'm out almost 15k to put down on another truck. Travis won't answer my calls anymore or return my messages. Hopefully this gets resolved soon. I won't ever buy or sell anything to Bob Moore ever again. Great people in the service department! I also had a positive experience buying a new vehicle from them a few weeks ago. I will definitely continue to have them service my new vehicle!

I could write a novel about how terrible Bob Moore CJD was to deal with but my only advice is to stay away. Nothing but lies all the way up to and including the branch GM. I was a repeat buyer but after figuring out how they treat you after the sale I wouldn't want anyone I know to do business with them. Bob Moore Ford did what they could to make it right for us. You will be money ahead doing business with a different CJD dealership.
