Bob Moore allowed me to make an appt and wait for the diagnosis. Although we are less than thrilled with our continued truck problems the part was ordered and a free loaner made available. Very efficient service department!

Don't take your car here for recall issues .. took mine in for airbag recall . Got the car there at 8am they told me it would be a couple hours went back at 145 to pick it up and they hadn't even started on it . Customer service is completely gone in all aspects of the world anymore !

I pulled up to the dealership around 8pm and was expecting a rude salesperson because it was so late, instead I was warmly greeted by Sevak Howard! He grabbed the keys to the car I wanted to look at, pulled it out and explained to me every feature of the car and answered any questions I had about the car before he let me drive it. I was not pressured into purchasing the car. After we returned to the dealership Kevin took care of the finance stuff and was able to get me the payment I wanted. I purchased a very clean 2006 Ford Expedition over the weekend from Bob Moore Dodge. I saw it online on autotrader, sent a message requesting more info, CJ with Internet sales called me back in a timely manner, and did the deal pretty much over the phone. I'm from Uvalde TX which is a little over a thousand miles round trip. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase from here and each experience has been excellent. They treated us with respect and dignity and made us feel like THEY needed us as a customer as opposed to us needing them... If you head that way to check them out ask for Jake!

Shoddy service and they do not stand behind the product. Obvious swirls in hood paint from their body shop who repainted the hood but apparently no one in the service department can see the swirls because they refuse to fix their mistake. We've taken this to corporate and have been assured it would be taken care of, which is what this 40 mile trip was for, and the dealership still refuses to make things right. Bad business all around

Worst experience ever. Service advisor 8620 David Holder is the most disrespectful representatives of Bob Moore I have ever met. From his actions and words that pointed out our skin differences, as well as our age differences, he should be fire. No customer should have gone through the experience that I went through. The manager actually took up for him when I ask to speak to a manager five time. I was also lied to by Holder when he said, "the manager is not here."
