Very professional and courteous , got me in quick and out just as promised, also gave me courtesy ride home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready, been was a service staff member who handled my needs and is. Very professional and communicates with you with updates and as any other questions or concerns your vehicle may need , definitely a five star dealership
Great buying experience. I gave them two hours to make it happen, and they did a great job of moving quickly. Anastasia and Santiago were a great help and their follow-up was fantastic. I am recommending Bob Moore Dodge on NW Expressway to my friends and you should check them out also.

UPDATE: I got scheduled for my Resist All and I was told about the oil change card. Thank You for getting back to me so quickly. I took in my van for a free oil change and Aaron from Service Department was very fast and friendly. The girl that “ cashed me out” was a little rude and I did not get my card with my free oil changes back so I guess they keep it in file for the next time. I asked about the Resist All and they told me to go talk to Finance about it. There was no one in the office so I called and have not got a call... read more

Brought my 2017 Pacifica into Bob Moore to get the rear hatch lock replaced. It wasn't a faulty latch, it was all the glass that got into the latch after I was stupid and broke the rear window. Safelite replaced the glass but didn't clean out all the glass so it messed up the latch. Dave in the service department was great and very patient while I dealt with my insurance company and Safelite. After two days, the latch was replaced, the glass was cleaned out and my Pacifica was back on the road. Thanks!
