Took my 2010 Wrangler in for recall of passenger air bag and oil change. I dropped Jeep off, when I returned to pick up Jeep and drove away there was a loud rattle and covers missing from the dashboard. I contacted the service center immediately they requested I return in the morning as it was almost 5pm and techs were gone. I returned in the morning while they pulled dash and tightened screws. Seems every time I bring in for a recall or repair I have to return the next day to have them fix what should have been done correct... read more

Great service ! Went in for the passenger side airbag recall for my 2010 Challenger R/T. Had them do an oil change, tire rotation, and emergency brake adjustment. Aaron in the service department was very helpful with all my needs and had all the work done in a timely manner while I waited for all the work to be done. Aaron kept in touch with me as work was being done and is a Great service person to deal with. Thank you Aaron !

Aaron, in Service Department worked very hard to ensure I was covered under warranty, whereas most would have just written it off as a normal wear and tear repair. Thank you so much!!!!

Came in for an oil change and to get some locks taken off my tires and new ones placed on. Aaron in service was very helpful and pleasant. It just took a LONG time (2 hours). Aaron did keep me updated when he could. Will definitely be back.
