In December of 2016 I bought a Ram 1500 Ecodiesel from Bob Moore. Overall, I have been happy with the truck, but have had unbelievably horrible service from Bob Moore. Because I live in Norman, I asked whether their Norman Nissan Dealership would be able to handle the basic service such as oil changes, etc. They assured me that this would not be a problem. My sells men nick was really good The purchase process with the trip went really good when I bring the truck back to get the bedliner done and also detail the truck was still dirty had scratches on it burn marks in the paint how to take it back to the detail shop therefore would not recommend the detail shop for any reason whatsoever for anyone something you’ll need to work on there were still dirt all on the inside and the outside as if they ran water hose over it and called it good

Took my Dodge Journey in for service without prior appointment. Had oil changed, tires rotated and alignment. They finished service in a very reasonable amount of time. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful.
