Recently brought my 2500 Ram in for the air bag recall and was very impressed with the professionalism throughout the service department, especially our Service Adviser, Ben. He explained in detail everything that was going to be done on my truck and was very prompt on returning texts when I had questions on when work would be complete. I was definitely at ease throughout the entire process. Thanks Ben!

I was charged for repairs that should have been completed under warranty. I’ve brought my Jeep in 4-5 times between this dealership and Bob Howard for the same issues. I’ve previously been told that the issues could not be duplicated, so there was nothing they could do. This time, now that I’m out of warranty, they can fix at least one of the issues, but I have to pay. Conveniently, there is no record of me bringing the vehicle in for said service.
