Took my Dodge Charger in for Warranty work. The service advisor, David Holder was very helpful, friendly and took care of my problem in a very professional way. Just bought a new 2017 Pacifica from Bob Moore. The experience couldn't have been better - No hidden costs or silly games! The salesman, Dave Hodgkinson, knew the car, explained and demonstrated everything to me and my wife, and made the buying a straight-forward process. Other dealers I'd tried did not (they would give a price, then back off it and up the price with stupid reasoning, etc)!
