I let them pull my credit even though I already know I'm a 730 score and I tell them I have limited credit right now and they said oh it's not a problem we can get you in what you want. I get there and it's all bait and switch. They tell me that because of my limited credit I need to buy a cheaper car and in a year or so they can get me in what I want.

Bought my dodge charger here last April, absolutely LOVED my service. They trumped all other dealerships who offered me prices! I will probably buy my cars from them for the rest of my life. So happy :)
They are incompetent. The messed up on my paper Work and every since I have had nothing but trouble. They were rude to me when I complained. And I will never ever again buy a new car from any Bob Moore car lots.
When you shake someones hand and make a deal you need to stand behind what you say. I was lied to make a sale and that is bad business. I have bought several vehicles from Bob Moore and 2 were purchased in the last 6 months. This dealership still owes me 1000.00 and it has been 2 months and still get the run around. Buyer beware and get everything in writing.
