The salesman Chris Schaefer was great! Now the finance people I dealt with ,, didn’t seem to have there stuff together 2 days later I get calls about the forgot to get this paperwork and this info blah blah , and I should stop my life to round it up for them. I thought maybe instead of trying to sell me stuff I don’t want and services I don’t want , focus on the real paperwork you need ! Just a thought !!! If it wasn’t for Chris Schaefer I probably would have walked! And the 3 stars are his alone Thanx Chris!!!

It's just not about the Brand its the service that comes afterwards. Holly and the service department have always take care of our service needs. Ryan always assit us as well he great to work with when its that time for new wheels. We are a Infiniti Family of 2 due to the great customer sercice we have always gotten. We could possibly be adding another for a total of 3 due to the way they have taken care of our Infiniti family. Took my FX in for routine service. Holly was very helpful and quick with getting me back on the road with my rental. My car was ready in a timely manner. I like the new store/service center.
We just purchased our first Infiniti. Our sales associate, Larry French, did a great job and made the experience most pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Even on a return visit he and others were very accommodating. Our experience was a good one.
I just bought a QX80 a few months ago just know this; you will never be able to reach anyone ever after you buy a car here!!! Not your salesman, service, any manager!! Really disappointed., but hey knowing this just gives business to BMW etc.
