I bought my '06 FX35 in Texas, but since I work here for now, I brought it in for the airbag recall. The service I got was great. I had the 7:30 time slot and arrived early, and they were there to take my car and do the work with no delay. I will be back to have my oil change when do. great people and great store, thanks. Holly in the service department was incredible! They fixed our issue in a timely manner, did the right thing by taking care of a one off issue outside the normal warranty process proactively, put us in a vehicle that served our family well while they had ours, and the new facility is world class!
Have always gotten great service in the service department. Holly, a service writer, has been taking care of me for the past year or more. She's outstanding.
Do not waste your time at this dealership. we made an appointment to come and by the car. I call to make sure everything is squared away and if there is anything else i need to do. No because they sold the car 30 mins after i confirmed the appointment. Poorly ran and not worth a star period. I don't even comment on poor business but i will start now. so thanks
I walked into this dealership wanting a tire rotation And all fluids checked before getting on the highway heading out of town ! I was informed it would be a 2hr wait which was fine ! However The attitude, the dryness, just the overall not welcoming feeling from this particular dealership was not pleasing ... needless to say I went right next door to another dealership and was pleased with seeing smiles on the workers faces and to feel WELCOMED was even better !!!! I will not be returning to the Edmond Infiniti dealership
My husband had a not so great experience and wanted to find a different source to maintenance our Infiniti! I have several friends who have had great experiences, so I called asked for Holly whom I heard was wonderful and I would completely agree she was just that...WONDERFUL! From the moment I pulled in to the moment I picked up our car she was awesome!!! Thank you Holly! They need more service members like you!!!
They are an absolutely amazing dealership! Anytime I’ve had to contact them they went out of their way to accommodate me. I was kept in the loop of what was going on at all times. Absolutely amazing.
This dealership is top notch. I loved the sales experience and more importantly the top notch service department. I always feel when you buy a car your buying into the service department. You see the salesman once but you see the service person a lot more. Well done everyone!
Visited BMI this past Saturday for routine Oil change. As soon as I came in, noticed that the board displayed my name, hi tech and gave me a automatic online token type. Josh, Service advisor was helpful. Took about an hour, presume for the car wash and such. Nice experience, mid level cost, presume standard for a dealer, but no sales push
