Purchased a truck 9 months ago. Found out as I was trying to trade in they sold this truck without giving full inspection and refused to inform that it had rolled back miles from 2011 by 30,000 miles. Be careful with these shady people.

My friend worked with Internet sales to set up the purchase of a car with Bob Moore. She had taken out a loan and set up an appointment to pick up the car only to find out 3 hours prior to her appointment that the car was sold to another customer who walked in with cash. Absolutely unacceptable, especially after working with the rep for a week to get everything ready to go. Terrible customer service.
