We purchased a 2015 QX-60 from Bob Moore Infinity . It has been the worst experience buying and service wise that I have ever experienced. Their service department is the worst. Our vehicle recently broke down in Texas. Their road side assistance is the worst ever. We finally got towed to the Infinity Dealer in Austin, TX the next day. Could not believe what Bob Moore had done to cause our problem. The only good thing that they have done was to hire Ryan Bartholomew about a year ago. Now he won't even call us back.
Seriously, your ADs are showing up on Breitbart, the most rascist/sexist media out there. Surely, you are unaware of it? You can block them from your buy list. If you don't, then it implies that you are in total agreement with their views.
Very disappointed! Bought a qx60 a year ago and it has been in the shop there 4-5 times for months each time with transmission issues. We trusted this dealership and their response has been, "at least it's covered under warranty, many don't have that". We spent 40k on a car that has been in the shop more months then we have had it.

The Bob Moore purchase experience was great. Ryan Bartholomew was amazing to work with. He is a great guy and sales rep. Sami Nelson in finance was awesome. Chris Higgins the sales manager was great as well as Rick the new car delivery guy. I had a great experience with these folks.
They treat you like royalty until you purchase the car. I had to contact the GM because poor customer service. I was told I was problem customer and that I had been rude to almost everyone in the dealership but the only person I dealt with was my sales person. The way the sales manager talked to me was sarcastic and rude. I have never been talked to like that.
Chris Higgins saved the day! Actually cared....all of the people did I dealt with up there!! This is my 2nd car from there and I highly recommended this place
