I came into Bob Moore Infinity about a month ago looking for a car for my daughter. Trey Roberts the sales associate worked diligently with us the entire time. We looked at many cars and Trey never got frustrated with her. Trey took great concern in marking sure my daughter got the right car for her. I would recommend anybody to Trey he has a great heart and passion for people, and really wants your car buying experience to be joyful. Thanks Trey my daughter loves her first car.
I was very pleased with my experience at the Bob Moore Infinity dealership. They were quick and honest with the work I needed on our car. Holy was very friendly and responsive to our needs! We'll definitely be going back in the future!
Trey Roberts was very nice and easy to work with. We looked at several models and made many side by side comparisons. We also went back and forth between leasing and purchasing. He totally put up with us and helped us the whole time with patience. He was extremely personable and we never felt pressured to make any particular decision. Ended up leasing a 2017 QX60. My Infiniti is an ancient I30, a 2000 model built in September 1999. (It's old enough to vote, if not to drink.) It was bought from Bob Moore when it was a mere child of six; I've been bringing it here for service for the last 11 years. It's not the lowest-priced available option, but I trust their service techs; only once have I had to bring back something that they messed up. I'm closing in on 170,000 miles, and I have no reason to think it won't make a quarter-million.
After searching for weeks, I found the perfect Q50 Hybrid Sport at Bob Moore Infiniti. Having just completed my cancer treatments, I was not feeling well but my salesperson, McKenzie Henshaw, was truly compassionate and expedited the sales process so that I was able to drive home in my present. I've never really had a good experience when buying a car, but wholeheartedly recommend Bob Moore Infiniti, General Manager John Crosby, McKenzie Henshaw and James Foster.
