Just wanted to give a shout out to Grayson and Justin after my recent purchase. They were great to work with! I am more than happy with my new (to me) truck!
Maintenance service on a Saturday was easy peasy: drove my car in, checked in, loaner car was ready and service was completed before 4:00 pm . Saturdays may be the best days to bring my car in.
I called and spoke with Tommy at Infinity about possibly having a problem with my battery on my QX56. Two different occasions my car wouldn’t start. He said let’s get it in and check it out. Sure enough the battery tested bad. They replaced the battery no questions asked and I was out the door. Great service and great experience. Thank you!
We purchased our first Infiniti last yr from Bob Moore Infiniti. The experience was wonderful and Holly in the service department is absolutely wonderful.
