RecommendedI had a very good experience at Bob Moore Infiniti last week. I went in for a simple replacement of a part on my passenger door and they far exceeded my expectations! They performed an inspection of all my systems and identified a few issues for future maintenance. They ended the appointment with a complimentary wash while I waited comfortably in their customer lounge. I contacted the service department on Thursday regarding the replacement of a broken sun visor in my 2014 QX60. Tom said he would see if the part was in stock and call me back. He returned my call to report they had the replacement and the warranty would cover it. My car is 4 years old and the replacement was under warranty!!!
