I was not impressed with their service for the cost of an oil change. The normal service representative that I work with wasn’t there and he hasn’t charged me for diagnostic analysis of any issues I bring up. They didn’t have any shuttle service available for the 8:30 appointment nor did they offer to reimburse for the cost of uber/lyft (which some dealerships have). My husband and I just bought our first Infiniti from Bob Moore. The QX80 was right off the showroom floor. Larry French was, by far, the best salesman we have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to get us a deal. What was even better is he knew all of the vehicles on the lot so we could go straight to what we were looking for. Highly recommend him and Zach in finance.
Had a problem with the oil filter being loose. Hoping to get it resolved quickly. Very disappointed in this second service.

I've taken my vehicle for service items 3 times since I moved back here, the staff has always been courteous, the district manager has given us his personal contact information, it's always good to get a loaner and move on about my day. I would recommend this location for your service needs.
Great Service!!!!!!! If you have any problems with you Infiniti or even just needs something simple as an Oil Change........ Ask for Holly she is a wonderful Service Representative.
Holly is the bomb at taking care of me when I need service. Her boss needs to get her pic back on the service app as soon as possible.
