I had the best experience here tonight. I came in at 8:15pm after spending several hours down the street trying to close on a vehicle I really wanted. Unfortunately, the other dealer and I couldn’t come to an agreement. The service department here makes me wish I hadn’t bought our vehicle that we love driving. Spent $70,000 on a QX-80 and they can’t get my Infiniti connect to work after we paid to upgrade the TCU.
