I have bought about 4 Infiniti’s form Bob Moore. I have to say this is a first class dealership. I don’t get the hassle you get from most dealerships. They give you the upfront and honest deal you want. I have worked with the New Cars Sales Manger (Chris Higgins) Sense he was a salesmen, and he is a class act. I am again speaking out for the 4th time trying to get John Crosby who is the Manager of Okc Infiniti to do what he PROMISED he would do. He promised to get to the bottom of why my Wood Grain in my FX35 is not being covered under the warranty... It has come off in sheets.... It only has 21,000 miles. I've called three times and left messages and he is NEVER THERE to take my calls and he Refuses to call me back....I will NEVER buy from OKC Infiniti ever again. They cannot be Trusted to do what is right for their Best customer... read more
