My husband called to verify a vehicle was still available for purchase before we wasted over two hours plus gas driving to OKC from Stillwater. Arrived to find vehicle was supposedly sold today. After getting two different sales times from the used car manager it was obvious we were suckered by the bait car scam. Bait you in with a low priced car, then give you the oops we just sold it story. So they can scam you into a more expensive car. It is unfortunate these tactics are still being used. Fantastic service, people and not like any other auto service!!!! Holly, in the service department, is amazing from the time you drop off your car, pick up your loaner to the time you get your car back. Reasonable pricing and helpful with recommended future service. I would not take my Infinity to any other place.
Have purchased several cars from Craig @ Bob Moore Infiniti. Always a positive experience. Service department is always very accommodating and professional. Will continue to do business with them in the future!
