RecommendedI brought my qx56 in with some major front end problems. I was nicely surprised by the quick service. I also had them do a detail and it looked amazing, drove amazing and smelled great when I picked it up. The loner car was a life saver and I greatly appreciate the team and their great work. I love the consistent amazing service experience I get every time I get to go to the Bob Moore INFINITY dealership! Tommy Freeman in the service department is my car repair knight in shining armor. The waiting area smells and feels like a spa. The fancy roll up doors and being greeted by name on the screen each time I pull in is super fun. They go out of their way to make sure I am happy and comfortable. Now I won’t ever be able to buy anything but INFINITY. They have ruined me. Thank you!

The vehicle I purchased was a beautiful car. The salesman was extremely helpful and explained everything about the car. At first the service was good but that quickly changed. If yoi tried to call them they were always busy but said they would call you bsck which they never did. I felt when I brougjt my car in for service that they tried to take advantage of me becausr I was a woman. The repairs they suggested when you came in for an oil change always were VERY costly and unnecessary. I would NEVER buy another car from this ... read more
