Just purchased our vehicle here and it could not have gone more smoothly. Everyone was friendly and helpful from Sales to Finance. Manager checked in on us to see if I needed anything. This is our 2nd vehicle purchased from Bob Moore Auto group our first purchase from this dealership. Very happy!
I’ve owned an Infinity for 8 years now. One of the reasons I stick with this model is the customer service. Never had an issue - always prompt, professional, friendly and courteous. I make my appointments ahead of time, drive up, pick up my loaner and I’m on my way until they call to tell me my car is ready. For a busy schedule, this is the way to go! Consistently the best!
