RecommendedI didn't know where to start with an issue I was having with my new to me Infinity. It was a simple fix, but I was worried it wouldn't be covered under the warranty (because I am a novice at this type of stuff) I called and Reggie in the service dept was AMAZING! Called on a Monday, had my car in on Wednesday, only took a couple hours and they gave me a loaner car to hit the mall while I waited! AND it was covered! My experience with their customer service was two thumbs up! I love my Infinity QX30 too :)
