Sales person did not do as promised. Cargo mat was to be included in my QX 60. Sales person put one in my car that was way to big and didn’t coordinate delivery. Posted an honest review about my experience only to be asked to remove it because I didn’t give them 5 stars. My trade in leased vehicle sat on the lot for days after I was told it would be immediately turned into dealership
