It's always a great experience when I bring in my QX80 for service.
I can’t speak highly enough about the Infiniti service department; very professional and customer-friendly. But I can’t recommend a dealership that charges an additional $500 on top of the agreed price, then gives it a fictitious name like “DOC FEE” which is totally bogus. Until they change this unfair practice I will not buy another car from them or any other lot that charges this outrageous fee. But the service department is great.

I am not happy at all with my experience. They over charged me without telling me and they said they would wash and vacuum my car. It looked better before they washed it. I will not go back. I don’t mind paying what I agree to, it’s not even about the money.
