Great experience. Chris, Drew and Chris took amazing care of us. We had a less than positive experience over the last month with Bob Moore Collision and Bob Moore Mazda, but the guys at Infiniti went above and beyond to both capture our business and to restore the Bob Moore name. Thanks guys great job and love our GX60.

After I first bought my vehicle y’all called constantly to make sure it was good and to remind me to fill out the survey and that anything less than perfect was a failure. I didn’t answer every call because I work. Now, I’ve emailed the sales manager about an issue and no contact at all.

Holly was great when we took our 2006 FX35 in for the Air Bag Recall. I keep getting e-mails asking me to rate the service. I responded and still getting e-mail.

I took my 2015 QX60 in last Friday for service, drove home and parked the car. I backed the car out of the garage the next day and discovered about a quart of oil leaked out on the floor. I called the dealership and they had me drive back to the dealership (about 20 miles) where they checked everything and found that the "crush" washer around the drain plug had not been tightened enough to collapse the washer.
