Stopped in on a whim just to see what was available in the used truck area, talked to Kenny Ostin, he ask a few questions said he would be right back. He came back with the most beautiful F150 truck, we told ourselves it was out of our price range and told him our thoughts ,he says don't worry about that I have your back. I normally don’t do reviews but the experience my wife and I had at Bob Maxey Ford of Howell was a great. The guys there were very friendly and cordial. I was at the dealership Tuesday and they delivered my Raptor Thursday with the help of “Kenny O” Ken Ostin my salesman and the manager Dan. Kenny O was very knowledgeable and honest. Thanks for the great service guys.
The Service Department is amazing. We've taken both of our cars there and have had excellent service every time, from a simple oil change to major transmission work. Highly recommend Bob Maxey for all your car needs.!!
From the first phone call to the last paper signed, the process was seamless, the people were kind and organized. I did not feel rushed and did not feel pressured. Steve Azar, our salesman, was knowledgeable, he was not pushy in any way and gave us the time and space to make a educated decision. I would recommend the dealer but would especially recommend Steve Zara, he was the perfect combination of patient and knowledgeable. The whole process was enjoyable, glad I made the trip.
I was a little put off because when I took my truck in for it's first service, the lube tech while pulling my truck off the lube rack ran into something and scratched the paint bad enough to require repainting. It would not have bothered me so much except I watched him do and when I asked him he lied about it. Had wait for the service manager to return from a day off to talk to him about the issue. We just purchased our fourth vehicle from here. Every single time it has been a truly satisfying experience. We have bought new and used and each staff has been outstanding. No promises made that weren't kept, and no high pressure salesmanship. Each time we felt like we were listened to and our needs were met! Not every dealership is like that. They have customers for life in us! If you don't believe me, give them a try!
