We have purchased Ford Vehicles for the past 40 years. We just picked up our new vehicle this morning and we have never been more pleased with our experience at Bob Maxey Ford. My son and daughter in law were on their way to visit us and their car broke down . It was the same problem this dealership said they fixed. They have had nothing but trouble with this dealership and their service department. Would not advise anyone to go there. The car had to be towed to a dealership in Marquette. Total time suck of their much needed vacation . Can’t wait until they file a formal complaint with Ford .
Our salesperson, Jenny Olrich, is great to work with. This is our third purchase through her. Our Explorer had to be found and Jenny moved quickly. Our trade in was fussed over from day one and Bob Maxey gave us a really good offer that reflected that. Bob Maxey does our service too at very competitive prices.
