The warranty service provided was very good. Appointment was easy to make and work performed in a timely fashion.
My wife and I have been very satisfied with our salesperson Julie and are equally satisfied with the courteous and professional service staff, especially Jessica, who made an extended service visit as pleasant and painless as possible. We live on Woodland Lake in Brighton just a stone's throw from Brighton Ford but are more than happy to drive the extra miles to Bob Maxey Ford in Howell.
