My wife and I recently purchased a SUV from Bob Maxey Ford of Howell. We worked with Ken Ostin, who did a great job finding us exactly what we were looking for. Ken helped us get a great monthly payment which meant a lot to my wife and I since our credit isn't perfect. I would highly recommend going to see Ken for a used car, he'll take care of you and make sure your happy with your purchase.
Bought a 2007 Ford Edge from this dealership a little over a year ago. Transmission went on it yesterday. 117k Miles. When I called to discuss, the salesman first sounded like they would help me out since it’s a $3000 repair and they want their customers to be happy. They then changed their minds and said I would be better off at a transmission shop. Said they would call back to discuss the possibility of discounting the repair if I brought it in. I was looking to purchase a pre owned truck and called and spoke with Ken Olsted. I explained to him exactly what I wanted. He contacted me a few minutes later and said that he had the perfect vehicle for me. I got to the dealership and he had it waiting for me. And yes it was the perfect truck!!!! My car is a 10 year old Fusion with 88,000 miles on it. All oil changes, etc have been done at this dealership. Outstanding service. appointments made and kept on time. No trouble with this car!

Took my truck in for a small body work repair. They told me they would remove all the trim around the area before repair and replace it. Got the truck back, no trim was removed and in less than a week the paint was bubbling up where the "repair" was done and was told nothing could be done about it. *beware*
I called about an oil change and found a recall. I was scheduled for the very next morning! Not only did they take care of the recall but rotated the tires, changed the oil and replaced the wiper blades. Drop off and pick up were the easiest I’ve ever experienced! They have my business!
