I called to make an Appt for some routine service & they were booking a week out!!! I told the woman we were leaving on a trip& I really needed this fine before we left. She worked me in the next day!!!! That is customer service. PS: I LOVE MY EDGE!!!!

Purchased my Escape from Maxey in 2013, and since then have switched to have both of our vehicles serviced there. The service department staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend them.
