Deceptive sales practices! Salesman lied to my face multiple times! Good thing I love my escape but I’m going to be stuck with it for a long time. Don’t trust anything they tell you about financing or refinancing your vehicle and don’t expect returned calls if you have any problems!

I just purchased my 3rd used car from Bob Maxey, , they are all trust worthy from sales, mechanics, ect, I'm a little bias due to my husband is the master engine performance tech and our son is a master diesel tech there, they would never tell you that you need something fixed if it truly didnt... honest and trustworthy the whole company
