We have had nothing but excellent service at Bob Maxey. We have taken our cars there for 20+ years and have always been satisfied.
Service was performed properly and was on time. A review of the vehicle condition was performed before delivery.
Would never purchase a truck here again. We bought a 2013 F-150 EcoBoost new and now it is having engine trouble. Trouble that Ford knows about with these engines! No one will help us, and we are out $2650. Someone has to know how to get ahold of someone at Ford to help us!

Last year I bought a 2016 Ford Escape from Bob Maxey Ford in Howell. I can not say enough about this dealership! They are wonderful. Every time I stop in, I get wonderful service. They are so accommodating and friendly. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and service departments over the years, but have never had the treatment that I get a Bob Maxey!!! I recommend them to everyone! They are a Gold Star business for sure!!!
