I can't say enough good things about the service department there. Both Dan and Jess go above and beyond every single time I have a problem. Thank you both very much. Also Paul is the best sales person I've ever dealt with. I've been buying and driving Fords for 30 years and without a doubt this is the best dealership I've ever dealt with.
I was told 30 minutes for an oil change over the phone. When I got here they said it is 45 minutes. I have been here over an hour with no end in site. You would think the service wouldn't be so terrible for the first time a customer gets an oil change here. So disappointing.
