First time going yesterday. They got my husband's f150 in within a day for oil change, tire rotation and to check why truck was shaking when braking. I dropped the truck off at 11:30 and it was all done by 6. The other Ford dealership said there was no shaking... Bob Maxey found and fixed the problem same day. They kept me informed and are very nice. I will never go anywhere else!
I purchased my 2011 at Hines Park IN Plymouth the was very bad I live in Howell now I take it to Bob Maxey the service is outstanding
Took the handicapped Van in for a oil change, and the weather stripping had came off of the driver side door. They fixed it, and did the oil change plus washed the Van I'm never disappointed when I leave Al and his team of friendly coworkers are great. Thanks guys

You will be blown away cuz I was by kenny ostin ... Compare to other dealership... Hands down!! I've been going to the wrong dealership I've been shopping dealer to dealer... Just purchased a 2015 Ford Escape yesterday morning Great experience both Kenny Ostin my salesman Dan Duey the finance manager treated my wife and I very professional were not pushy at all.
I've always been impressed with Bob Maxey's service department. I recently purchased a 2015 Focus Titanium and love this car! We own 2 other Focus's and have always been satisfied with them.
