Worst retail experience in recent memory with the F&I guy... used 70's tactics to use "high pressure" tactics to try to "sell" extended warranty for $1595. Disguised an offer to reduce selling price by $1595 if we waived the rights to the Ford Motor Company 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty. Refused to take no for an answer. Walked out on him. Sales Manager did nothing. Unethical.... am reporting actions to Ford and to Michigan Attorney General's office to investigate.
