Bought my son a used car here last summer and made a bad assumption that they wouldn't sell a vehicle with severe safety issues. Barely a year later and I took the vehicle to a dealer here in Lansing for an oil change and they showed me how the front subframe is rusted so badly that the vehicle isn't safe to drive. There's no way that level of rust happened in less than a year.
We had been customer for Bob Maxey of Howell for 12 years and Jeanie our sales lady did super job.
Might be a decent place to buy a car from but DONOT use them to do repairs..take forever and there is zero communication letting you know how long or what exactly is being done! Will not ever take a car there for repairs and will let my insurance company know how they work so they can take them off their list of “express claims” businesses!
Definitely recommend They fixed the airbag which was needed & even gave my car a bath.🤣 A good place if you need get something done!
We absolutely love Paul! He is honest and hardworking! He found my new 2020 Explorer with the exact options I wanted! The process was quick and painless. He took the time to explain and show me how to use all the great features on my new SUV. We will use Paul for all our future car purchases.
