Made an appointment to drop my vehicle off for an oil change and diagnostics, was told they have a shuttle that starts at 730, when 730 rolls around I’m told that the shuttle won’t start running for about 30 minutes. After almost 15 more minutes I’m told they don’t have a shuttle anymore but they use Uber, no one really knew what was going on.
