We all have busy lifestyles and the car, truck, or van that hauls our carcass around is a huge part of that. My adventure started easy enough heading from my rural home to the city. The dashboard lights and messages went nuts! Bob Howard was not too far and as I turned into their drive my 2011 Durango died...and rolled into the parking lot. Bill and Corey hooked me up quick. The Durango went through all the recalls. A new battery was installed, and I drove a new Jeep around courtesy of Bob Howard. Very happy!
I took my company van in with a tire we had a plug put in. I asked them to change that tire with the spare and they called and told me the van was ready. When I picked up they charged 83 dollars to tell me the lug nuts were not stripped did not change out the tires. I asked where I could order keys and they sent me to the service desk and the gentleman working there got irritated at me telling me how he hated Fiat buying them out and how hard it is to order them. I am going back to Bob Moore.

I made an appointment and they kept my viechel from 10 to 3pm. I was told it would take 1/2 day so that was close to 1/2 day. It was easy and everyone was pleasant to work with. So I'm pleased

Kenyad Blair is a great guy to work with. It was worth the drive from Tulsa to OKC. It was the smoothest sale I have ever done and I got a great deal on a great vehicle.
Took car in for a “Fast” oil change in the “Express Lane”. It took 2 hours. No one warned me that it would take that long, no one met with me with updates. After waiting an hour, I asked how much longer. One service rep said 20-30 minutes, another said 30-40 minutes. It was another hour. There was very little concern for Customer Service, except from the Cashier - she was nice, caring, and helpful. Kudos to her. She single-handedly raised this review a star.
